The goal of this paper is to show, through a clinical case, a particular analytic attitude aimed at bringing out the stream of consciousness in which the classic dichotomy of internal and external, conscious and unconscious, semantic memory and procedural memory are abandoned. A sensitive knowledge, based on sensation and imagination, that allows, in the analytic encounter the opening to a new order of meaning through the value of a sensitive language. In other words, the Author proposes an analytical path that goes beyond pre-defined evolutionary pathways, and is focused on an individuation process that enhances the uniqueness of the patient.

Keywords: Emotions; Creative Imagination; Stream of Consciousness; Individuation; Way of Being in the World; Sensory Language.
