The paper analyzes, in the first part, the original diarchic structure of the Islamic system, in its negative role in relation to its economy; and, in the second part, the conflict between law and sacred constitutional right of a basically liberal-democratic State like Egypt. The conclusions concern the comparison between the teaching-Egyptian Islamic cleric and the religious teachings of other religions.
