This paper aims to highlight the role of the class of the particular stakeholders in the pursuit of sustainability of well-being. They are an expression of that slice of the population that at various regional levels, in different parts of the world, not always able to have a say in the projects of society. More specifically, the new order of responsibility, multi-level and not-hierarchical, required to achieving the sustainability of well-being, demands a wide participation in socio-economic and cultural progress even for these subjects, to be implemented through processes of "full" governance or platforms of human relations and actions that will be the spokesman for the most vulnerable people.

Keywords: Particular stakeholder, sustainability of well-being, no profit, governance.
