Corruption is a widespread phenomenon in Italy that affects economy and development, diverting resources, increasing inefficiency, maintaining high prices of goods and services. From a social point of view, corruption affects citizen’s bond and participation to representative institutions, equality, social justice, and transparency. Considering all this, just a synergistic intervention on the institutional, ethic, and cultural level could contrast corruption effectively.
