Aim of this paper is to propose a journey of reflection on the nature of labor, economic and organizational relations, starting from the contribution that philosophical thought, especially the hermeneutic, phenomenological and personalist perspective, can offer in favor of an ethical and theoretical look, through and beyond the enterprise, viewed as significant relational context. In the following paragraphs, the interpretive trail has been developed through the analysis of a case of a code of ethics to continue toward some hypotheses of action orientation that consider the dimensions that some authors have identified as the anthropological and epistemological causes in which is rooted economic, social and cultural crisis still ongoing.
