The aims of the paper is to analyze the relation between paid and unpaid work in an educative social cooperative. The case study is part of a doctoral thesis on the unpaid work. The process of gratuitisation (transformation of work in unpaid work) arises from the redefinition, in a vocational sense, of work experience and the redefinition of the boundaries between subjectivation and subjugation in workers involvement in the contemporary capitalism. In the first part, those dynamics are operationalized into an analysis scheme, used, in the second part, to analyse the proposed case study. It will be observed how the analytical perspectives which inform the unpaid work field as a specific frame of postfordism and knowledge capitalism, can be used in all work sectors.
Nel contributo è indagato il processo di gratuitizzazione del lavoro in una coo-perativa sociale nel bolognese. Le dinamiche di ridefinizione dell’esperienza lavo-rativa in senso vocazionale e del confine tra soggettivazione e assoggettamento, che caratterizzano la messa al lavoro nel capitalismo contemporaneo, costituisco-no la base per lo schema di analisi definito nella prima parte del paper e messo in opera nella seconda. In particolare, si osserverà come le prospettive analitiche che inquadrano il campo del lavoro gratuito quale terreno peculiare del lavoro nel post-fordismo siano valide trasversalmente ai diversi settori lavorativi.
