The paper proposes a rent values comparison method using the INA-Casa public neigh-borhoods as a differential rent marker. The land rent values comparison brings out two significant aspects: on the one hand the substantial economic and real estate gap that characterizes the country, on the other hand the awareness of the land rent unavoidable-ness that, despite the facilitated areas acquisition system, has very significant economic effects in the case studies.

Keywords: Land rent; real estate market; INA-Casa; territorial disparities; social housing.
