The psychiatric revolution of Basaglia (1978) moved the psychiatric treatment from the hospital to the mental health service that have been opened in the community in the consecutive years. Community means to take the patient inside the context in which his pain was born, in order to understand the meaning of symptoms, and to find the resources for the treatment. The systemic approach has spread over the years letting a new generation of psychiatrist know about and utilize new ways of observation and new methods of treatment, so as to reduce the gap between what had been taught by the psychiatric Institution and what was being daily experience in the public service. In other words, to know the context before and after the crisis. For many years in the clinical practice of mental health service the theoretical premises of psycoanalisis have been compared with sistemic point of view, sometimes clashing, but at the end the risult was an enrichment for everybody. Becouse, the way in which a person acts in relationship with other persons depends on the impact that the present relationships have on the internalized ones inside us.
