This article explores the application of Social Network Analysis (SNA) in the context of the “Spiazziamo” project in Padua, focusing on urban regeneration and community development. Through a de-tailed analysis of social networks, the article highlights how SNA has contributed to understanding the relational dynamics among the in-volved actors, identifying key actors, and monitoring the evolution of the network over time. The results demonstrate how SNA can be a powerful tool for guiding and enhancing urban regeneration strategies, promoting resource coordination, and fostering collaboration among social actors. This research provides an innovative perspective on how SNA can be effectively utilized to promote urban regeneration and network building within communities.
