The urban regeneration initiative in the previously abandoned “Cirio” site, now transformed into the Federico II University Hub in the San Giovanni a Teduccio district, presents a compelling case study. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this research investigates multiple aspects of the project. The primary objective is to explore the impact of the university and the involvement of a network of stakeholders in fostering the development of the surrounding area on the eastern periphery of Naples.
