Il contributo analizza il ruolo della logistica come fattore di trasformazione territoriale e socioeconomica, sottolineando l’importanza di approcci integrati nella pianificazione spaziale. In un contesto di crescita globale del settore, si evidenzia l’importanza di governarne lo sviluppo a scala regionale/territoriale. Utilizzando una metodologia che combina analisi istituzionale e partecipazione attiva (formulazione di dispositivo integrativo del ptcp di Bergamo), lo studio approfondisce il caso del corridoio autostradale BreBeMi. La tesi sostenuta è che politiche efficaci debbano fondarsi su scenari socioeconomici e territoriali durevoli, mediante la formulazione di indirizzi capaci di favorire l’integrazione dei poli logistici con i sistemi insediativi e produttivi esistenti.
