Infermieri tra relazione e tecnica Nursing requires expertise as much as relational requires knowledge and technical skills. As necessary definition we has made reference to the concept of emotional intelligence, which describes what is effectively substantiate the various skills necessary to interpersonal relationship or help. Interpersonal skills are more easily assessed from the patients and they determinate the great part of quality?s performance.
