The first part of the article describes an experience of supervision by the authors in the Mestre Hospital. The experience - which involved the nursing and technical personnel from several wards - had the scope of presenting the Ruolo Terapeutico method. In the second part of the article a meeting for reflecting upon and exchanging ideas about the work of the group leaders is described and discussed.
