As the clinical case is so complex, the therapists are compelled to face a difficult task in order to tackle and diminish the couple’s suffering. Intimacy is the common ground on which all the actors meet.Within issues from psychoanalysis on perversions and from analitical psychology on Evil, there can be found stimuli for reparatory opportunities offered to the couple. It is also of great importance not to conceal negative emotions such as hate or refusal.
