The article examines integration difficulties about the importation of psychotherapeutic experiences developed in private services within a public context, heavily influenced by the management of psychological disease through the predominant psychiatric drugs utilization. Conduct of psychotherapeutic setting ought to takes into account the characteristics of public service. The influences of context for psychotherapeutic actions are also analyzed. Is described as a taking care experience of a seriously disturbed patient has been leaded, through the upheld of his family’s suffering and disease.
