The paper tracks the general lines of a model of psychological consultation with the adolescent that refers to the theory of the relational subject processed within the Società Italiana di Psicoanalisi della Relazione. Once recalled the main points of theoretical thinking on adolescence which is the background of the clinic, we declined the setting of the consultation starting from the systemic view of the actors in the field both for the clinic and for adolescent part, the context, the objectives. The consultation is taken as the central moment of the clinical psychology of adolescence and described in all its cognitive complexity, decision-making, interactive and dynamic. It is proposed as a diagnostic and therapeutic process that can end up in itself or act as a precondition to diversified therapeutic developments co-engineered to the specific needs of that system which has the teenager at the center. Numerous clinical examples help you understand the technical proposals.
