Legally, access to land ownership is posed today in very different terms from the past: it is assumed to enjoy the environmental values that the earth expresses, is a condition of a more general enjoyment of nature and landscape, but it is also from an awareness and responsibility we have towards the earth and to future generations. The land claim through sustainable use, responsible attitudes, values, ideals, supportive behaviors. It’s necessary, therefore, a new social pact between man and land, which regulates the rights of the land. And this is the task of lawyers, especially those in agricultural law: it is necessary to build more appropriate tools to affect the sorting according to a new strategic focus on agriculture and to ensure the survival of humanity.
