The interaction between biomedical and social science has been often difficult and loaded with suspicion and prejudice. In this article a Cognitive Neuroscientist and a Gestalt Therapist have dialogued with increasing interest and enthusiasm through stimulating and challenging questions and answers, in a way that made it difficult to stay within the editorial limits.
