This article explores the relationship between consumptions and social connections within the youth identity routes which develop on social networks (especially referring to Facebook). Through a research on a sample of young adults, we could notice the way youngsters exploit sharing a whole series of fruition customs to strengthen their social links and the way just relationships are one of the basic factors to define their own identity. In this way, sharing a specific consumption (or product) ends up by getting more important of the product itself, because lets people experiencing a feeling of membership and helps to structure their social network.
