This article is based on a work experience in a court of justice in Buenos Aires. Our activity concerned mainly couple and/or family disputes. The more recent approaches to disputing families tend to provide joint interventions of legal and psychology professionals trying to improve the links between the persons involved with the aim of benefitting all, especially children. An interdisciplinary work of lawyers, judges and psychoanalysts entails the participation in an experience that forces each party to accept its own limits of intervention.

Keywords: Conflict, court, interdisciplinary approach.
