"K.I.P.P.E.R.S" is an inelegant term used to define a population of young adults characterized by various forms of psycho-evolutionary stall. This contemporary phenomenon depends from various causes, including the evident crisis of the traditional initiation rite. By ritualizing a specific archetypal instance, modern societies seem to have recovered, through analysis, although still not very consciously, a form of ritual through which these young individuals can set off again their journey toward individuation.
