The Author speaks about three hypotheses: 1. a theoric one: that psychosis would be based on the permanence of an interdependent, pathological and pathogenous relationship between a son and a parent, for all their life; 2. an experiencial one: that, putting a comparison, in a big group, many pathological familiars nuclei, would be easier, for their members, to change what they are thinking and to understand the situation in which they stay; 3. a trasformative one: that the GPMF utilization in the different services that compound a MHD (DSM) would contribute to the acquisition of a similar therapeutic behaviour (setting) by operators of different services, in order to feel homogeneous the therapeutic courses of patients and of their families.

Keywords: Pathological and pathogenous interdependencies, potenziality in crisis, group functioning of the mind, shared setting, coherent therapeutic course
