Nowadays the interdisciplinary interest in the prevention and the therapy during the perinatall phase is increasing, so leading to a deeping of the relationship between pregnancy and stress. In addition, they noted that the theorization about stress is developing, while the dinamica psychopathology of anger is diminuishing, on the contrary. This presents surely a big problem for psychoanalysts. Far from rebellious and ipercritical statements, as frequenta s epistemologically useless, the Author tries by this paper to trace lines for a debate between psychoanalysis and contemporary teorica-clinical challenges in perinatal field. He outlines critically the history of the somatica/psichic conceptualizations, proposing a reflexion about some concepts deriving primary from the French psycho- somatic psychoanalytic approach, such as stress, anger, operatory functioning, psichi transparence during pregnancy. By this, the Author comes to found a new epistemological ethics and therefore a more complex and interdisciplinar care of the perinatal topic.
