The issue critically appraises the key issues within the housing question from a multi-disciplinary framework, addressing the impact of financial dynamics, real estate speculation and the lack of urban policies on the quality of life in the city as well as exploring public policies capable of containing the effects of the actual crisis.
Il numero è dedicato al tema della casa con l’obiettivo di indagare quale impatto hanno avuto dinamiche finanziarie, speculazione immobiliare e mancanza di politiche urbane sulla città e sulla qualità della vita della popolazione, e quali possono essere le politiche di intervento capaci di contenere gli effetti della crisi attuale.
