The authors lead the reader on paths of a family therapy route through the journey metaphor and with constant references to "The Marvelous Land of Oz". Lando, is the main character who decides, with his family, to search for lost emotions. He undertakes a path which will lead him to deal with intergenerational multiple visible and invisible violences. The story is also a trip through the emotional world of the therapists for whom Lando’s journey will be a starting point for a new and deep personal adventure.
