Al Tribunale per i minorenni spetta nelle more del procedimento per la dichiarazione dello stato di adottabilità valutare se sospendere i genitori dall’esercizio della responsabilità genitoriale o revocare il tutore già eventualmente nominato. In entrambe le ipotesi nominerà un tutore provvisorio che avrà nel processo un ruolo cruciale e distinto dal curatore speciale.
