The present research aims to investigate the special aspect of these orders, starting from their juridical nature, that is divided between autonomy and regulation in examining how they exercise their functions, authors are going to underline the contact points between the collective dimension, of which orders are expression and keepers, and the individual one, which is proper of individual professionals. It will rise that, even due to the existence of general provisions, there is not always complete correspondence to the solidarist principle that should regulate these interactions.
