The comprehension of the immunological defenses implies a wide view of the entire set of living organisms and of their relationships in the ecosystem. In this article, we illustrate the interactions of live beings with particular attention to the relations existing between viruses and animals, in order to better understand the biology regulating the vast phenomena of parasitism and of infectious diseases. Improving their knowledge in these fields is particularly important for the health professionals in their care activities, but also to understand and to promote appropriately the vaccine practice so important today during the SARS-Cov-2 pandemic and in general to face new infectious diseases. This widening of knowledge is very useful in the Pnei paradigm application, unifying different disciplines, in the proposed unitary view of the individual and of the continuous update of the scientific knowledge.
