In the clinical case’s comment, the story of G. is re-read emphasizing the importance of the body as a relational dimension and the gaze of others as a vehicle through which the patient builds her own body image. Within the therapeutic relationship, G. can experience a new way of getting in touch with the other, whose look also made of play and mistakes allows the patient to begin her own path of integration with her own representation.
