For the Court of Justice when a lack of conformity of tourist services included in a package travel is due to restrictions imposed in the traveler’s place of destination to combat the spread of an infectious disease and such restrictions were also imposed in the traveler’s place of resi-dence and in other countries due to the pandemic nature of this disease, the traveler is entitled to a reduction in the price of his tourist package. To be adequate, this price reduction must be evaluated with reference to the services included in the related package and it must corre-spond to the value of the services with respect to which the lack of conformity has been ascer-tained.
