This paper suggests an analytical approach to highlight how the relationship between PPP and climate adaptation depends on factors of territorial “vitality” and “dynamism”. A multidimensional statistical analysis conducted in the Veneto region reveals partnership clusters anchored to specific spatial assets. The mapping captures contributions linked to the implementation of the Italian NRRP, highlighting how “additivity” and “integration” can enhance local public action.
