This essay deals with the way our mind works during decision-making processes. Our way of thinking is not completely rational. It is constantly influenced by the frames within which we place the events. So far, nothing new. We knew this intuitively. The innovation is that Kahneman, Nobel Prize winner in 2002, proves this experimentally. Hypnosis uses imagination to generate effects in thought, perceptions, feelings, emotions, or behaviors (Division 30, American Psychological Association). Some of the presented experiments can be assimilated to self-administered hypnotic inductions.

Keywords: Kahneman, hypnosis, hypnosis does not exist, everything is hypnosis, Erickson.
