The work expresses some reflections on the new public procurement code. Intro- duction a general consideration of the system of sources established following the entry into force of the legislative decree no. 36 of 2003, the work focuses on the purposes of the deed as deducible from the general principles set by it, also in relation to the problem of the contractual case, to then focus on some areas in which the novelty with respect to the previous code appeared to be particularly signifi- cant: we focused, in particular, on the role of the RUP and digitisation. The analysis concludes with an examination of the possible impact of the new regulation on the administrative process.
