The current pedagogical and school context poses, in teachers of all levels, challenges inherent in their ability to adapt their training and teaching to the complexity of the contemporary world. This complexity is characterized mostly by intercultural classrooms and learning environments, toward which classical "monocultural" pedagogical approaches risk failing to develop the critical and proactive thinking that schools should, instead, instill in learners. After defining the terms of interculturality and inclusivity, this paper aims to analyse how training, teaching and schools can deal with such pedagogical complexity to date. Outlining, at the same time, the ideal profile of the so-called "inclusive" teacher in the logic of an instructional design that is equally so.
