Yes, to place an order, you need to register. This facilitates future orders since you will not need to insert all the information to place an order. Moreover, by registering, you will be able to see your orders history, download e-books or the e-book format of purchased magazines, and check the status of your Download Credits.

Send your e-mail to the sales office (firstname.lastname@example.org) remembering to clearly indicate the information of the book/s you want to purchase, your shipping address, and the payment mode you intend to use. In case of payment by online bank transfer or by BancoPosta, please attach the receipt and we will immediately process your order. Please, supply a phone number to contact in case of need.
PLEASE REMEMBER! To make sure your order is processed, always write your phone number, your e-mail or fax number to contact you in case of need.
In these cases, you will be informed by e-mail and the order of the unavailable item will be immediately cancelled. Other eventual items included in the order will be immediately shipped: the amount for the unavailable items will be automatically subtracted from the total of the order.
You can cancel an order for any reason and at any time by pressing on ‘empty my cart’.
Even when the order procedure has been concluded (but before products are shipped) you can write to email@example.com, indicating the item title, the order number and the date.
You can try paying again by credit card without need to place the order again.

The titles without the add to cart button are not available for two reasons: they may be out of print or not published yet.
They are marked as ‘out of print’ or ‘available soon’ in the product sheet.

If the book is available, it takes 1-2 working days to process the order (plus delivery time).
If the book has a limited availability and it is impossible to process the order within 4-5 days from its receipt, you will be immediately informed.

If you wish to order more than one copy per item, just change the quantity in the ‘quantity’ field and then click on ‘recalculate’.
For e-books, only one copy can be ordered and the ‘quantity’ field is not editable.
Yes, by ticking the "delete" box and pressing "recalculate", you delete the single product from the order.
Yes, to track your order, please access your personal area, select the order, click on ‘details’ and click on the tracking number on the ‘Track SDA’ column.
Should the client be unavailable, the carrier will leave a note and make two more deliveries in the following days.
To verify if your order has been shipped, access your personal area and click on "orders", select the order and check if a tracking number is available.
Shipping days are calculated considering working days, so Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included.
When the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail and you will be able to track it by clicking on the tracking number in your personal area.

When an item is added to the cart, a cookie is memorised on your computer to identify your purchase session; its ID code is registered in our safe server. The cart includes the titles and details of the chosen products.
When registering the order, our system checks your cookies, identifies your cart and displays the information on the screen; at that point, your order will be confirmed and processed. Some browsers do not allow cookies. If you have problems adding items to your cart, write to email@example.com specifying 'cookies' in the subject. Our team of specialists will be happy to assist you.

The site automatically calculates the exact amount of the shipment based on the country of destination and directly adds this amount to your cart.
