The research aims to study the relationship between personal characteristics and innovative work behaviour as motivation and affective commitment to change, both regarded prior to the innovative work behaviour. Sample used concerns 190 working people from cooperative organizations belonging to the respective regional movement, located in Abruzzo. It has been looked through just in light of the transformation phase that the organization is living. This kind of researchers attests how motivation and commitment affect each of the three innovative behaviour phases, in a distinct manner.
