The filing process, made by Biondi/Mirabella, is focused on documents taken from the inventoried pieces, in strict chronological order according to modern time measurement criteria, and very diversified in the reporting period; it shows, as well as chronic date, "indizione" and the topical date, the registry notary act according to table n. 2 (Biondi/Proietto). Finally, the history of the Benedictine Fund has been oulined since its establishment, which also includes, among other things, 919 documents registered by Carmelo Ardizzone as early as 1927.
