The article reports the results of a research about processes and contents relat-ed to the innovation in teaching which implies substantial changes in the man-agement of university education. Through a case study focused on the didactics at the Department of Communication and Social Research of Sapienza University of Rome, the paper aims at studying how the innovations of didactic practices, teaching models and styles of knowledge sharing modify the function of educa-tion and learning. Moreover, the article has the objective of investigating students points of view about the attended courses.
