This article outlines various application modes of conversational and dialectical teaching devices meant to help university students critically reflect on the pluralities and differences that define contemporary educational work contexts, starting from methodological and conceptual perspectives related to transformative learning theory and the decolonial perspective. The implementation of didactic actions during two teaching courses in the academic year 2023-2024, related to L-19 and LM-85 Degree Courses, was designed to help students build a professional culture that is free from epistemological, sociolinguistic, and psychological distortions anchored in ethnocentric viewpoints.
